At SONAMU LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES & COSTS
- Return Shipping Fee: FREE (We provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns).
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fees will be charged).
- Refund Type: Full refund back to your original payment method.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact our customer support team at support@stylesvora.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
